What to do?

So here's the scoop. I've been friends with this guy for a really longtime like 10 yrs. I think and we've been on and off for most all of those yrs. Now he has this roommate who likes me. I think he still likes me because his body language says that he's mad everytime his roommate touches me or flirts with me. There was one morning that I was at their apartment and I was in his roommates hoodie and sitting in the recliner chair. When he came out he looked at me and the at his roommate then back at me and he looked like he was pissed. I spent the night in his roommates room but all we did was watch movies nothing else. I don't know what to think or do becuause I still like him but I kinda likehis roommate. He isn't doing anything about his felings if he has any for me but his roommate is. He's also leaving for the army soon. I don't want to cause any fights between the two of them. I wanna be at least friends with both of them but i don't know if that will work out or not. I think that if they both have feelings for me they would be willing to do that but i don't know. My brother is also his friend and he told him that he's biding his time till I turn 18 which isn't a bad thing but he's only 19 so it's not big of a difference. I know the law but still. I don't know what to do about this situation.
