I got first rank in my class

I was one of the top students in my class.During the time I got first rank in my class.But after some months I could not achieve the top position consistently.Sometimes my family and friends are teasing and ridiculing me that I am not doing well and that I can't achieve it again.Please tell me what should I do in such a situation.My parents feel that I am not working hard which is not true.
