what kind of music do you listen when you are sad, nervous happy ecc? is the music able to realx you or just meek you worst?

I love country more times then not. If I an sad i play the saddest country music I can find. It helps to let out my saddeness. There are also happy country music for nervousness and happy. I find the other music out there does not give me the same quaility I need in my moods except country.

In sadness..i listen to hunty classic sensible music
In happiness..i listen to dancing music or songs
but this don't prevent me to listen to both of them at the same time whatever my mood is,especailly in romance..
