If you have nowhere to go do you ever spend the whole day in your PJ's???

I usually have someplace to go and something to do every day during the week and weekends. But today, I did not have any errands to run, nowhere I had to be, and I just decided to be extra comfortable and after my shower this morning I just put a nightgown and robe back on ~ lol
Do you ever spend the day in your PJ's?

Oh I love those days! I don't get many of them but I enjoy them when I can! If I don't stay in my PJs then I only put on an old pair of 'dorm pants' and tshirt! There is something so relaxing in just knowing that you have nowhere to go and can 'not clean up'!! Even if I have schoolwork to do at home, it is great lazing around in those old clothes!

LOL-- Good for you! I'm not the type to stay in pj's all day. If I have no plans for the day and plan on staying home I'll wear sweats. Hop in the shower- pull up my hair and put on a comfy BIG sweat shirt and pants.
If I'm sick I'll wear pj's during the day-
My daughter would wear her pj pants all the time if I let her. : (.. She even wears them down to basketball practice- All the girls do.

I'm not exactly in my pj's, but pretty close. I just put a big sweatshirt and some sweatpants on this morning, along with clean socks for warmth. Lazy Sundays are so nice, aren't they? :)

Even if I do get up and out, I like to come home, shower, relax and put on some pj's. It's the most comfortable clothing I have. My hubby gets annoyed sometimes when I am sitting in the backyard with my pjs on but we have a privacy fence. Besides, I wind up taking another shower before bedtime anyways...it's not like wearing pjs means I'm lying around all day.

Ah yes, those are the BEST days! We do it on rainy or snowy days. Then of course the next day once the snow ends we have to get dressed and go out and play. But I love when we stay on our PJ's all day!!

Usually since I don't go out of the house I spend the day in a long t-shirt or a house dress. I just can't see wasting clothes to change from one to the other when no one will see me. Besides it's a lot more comfortable.

All of the time, esp now that it is cold. I will get dressed more as it gets warmer out & i am outside more.

Not often and not usually, unless I'm not feeling well. I usually get dressed at least to the point of jeans and a shirt. I tend to go in and out of the house a lot even when I don't have anything to do away from home.

Yeah, once in a while on weekends I don't bother getting dressed. I generally get dressed since you never know when the mailman or someone will knock on the door, but sometimes on Sundays I'll stay in my jammies. No point in dirtying up extra clothes if I'm not going anywhere. Might as well put a nightgown back on since I'm just going to go to bed again and nowhere else.

Once in a while I do, especially if I had a really hectic week or month. I just stay in bed and sleep all day, or watch several movies with chips and drinks within my reach. Sometimes I curl up with several good books. It feels good to do this once in a while to relieve the tension. Then I'll be ready to go back to work feeling renewed.

i never spend my whole day with p.j.'s
i don't work a regular job now
but yet i know that in order to keep my mental health stable
i ahve to have a day's schdule
that means: i wake up at 7 a.m. and it does not matter in what hour i went to sleep the night before and set chores for that day..like any normal day:)
and yes the first thing i do is get a shower and put on clothes.

The only time I am in my pajams is when I am in bed, i always put real clothes on even if I am planning on spending the whole day at home.

There are some day where I've done just that LOL! If you have nothing to do that day then why not just lay around in your PJ's? It's the most comfortable anyway :o)

I normally get dressed.
It's only when I'll when I don't get changed and that's only because I want a easy day without fussing over things.
This past week I've had the flu but I've still got dressed instead of staying in my PJ's.
Kudos,
~Joey

Well.. I don't really wear jammies... lol.. but there have been a few days where I'm lucky enough that I can just spend all day in my housecoat. I love those days. Only really happens in the winter though. I'm a big nature lover and will get out into it as often as I can when the weather is nice.

Oh I always do that when I don't have to go anywhere. My pjs are my most comfortable clothing and it feels very good to just relax and not worry about my appearance.

I have, LOL. When I find myself at my computer, late in the day, still in my pjs, I have to laugh at myself cause it sounds like some of the "make money in your underwear" commercials I've seen on TV and some of the websites on the net. ROFLOL I laugh because I actually am! Not getting rich mind you, since I only join the freebie sites, but I am making money. :D
