Has anyone heard of AGLOCO?

I just signed up for it. It looks like a cool concept. This company is apparently giving away stock ownership. There stock will trade on the London Stock Exchange when they go public. My question is: If they give away all of their stock to people who sign up for free, what are the chances that they will make any real money? This is a serious question for anyone who knows how this stuff works. If you don't know the answer, don't post a reply.
