Hey this is a shout out to that underrated band of nurses known as HCAs or NAs. The ones that the RCN won't recognise. I am a B grade, now a band C, can't get onto a band D unless I do a bit more above and beyond, won't take long once I get my PDP sorted. I'm also the first aider and will soon be the fire warden for my area. Am also the nominated person on my team sorting out this Millenium stuff. I work in emergency psychiatry. So I want to hear from all the HCAs out there.
