Nosy Neighbors! Do you have any in your neighborhood...No Names!

We cannot help it when we move into a new neighborhood and see the neighbors peeping through their doors, windows or just outright in their yeards looking directly at you.
Have you experience any nosy neighbors recently?
Apparently there are over 90% of our neighbors that are nosy. Are you one of them?

I have nosey neighbours living opposite my house, and they drive me nuts sometimes with their curtain twitching. They watch when I go out, they watch when I come home, they seem to spend their time looking out of the curtains at everyone else in the street. They are our local neighbourhood watch.
