Not a book about dreams that you can buy... a journal of your dreams.
I keep meaning to start one and keep it by my bed so I can write in it as soon as I wake up, because I seem to forget them unless I talk to someone in depth about it while its still in my head.
The dreams I've had over the years would be great to read back now... I guess I should start one... do any of you guys keep one? :D

Heck, I get up so late I don't have time to do much besides get ready in the mornings - write in a journal HA! Besides, I don't remember most of my dreams, I was in a bad car wreck in 1972 & really haven't remembered too many since then. Maybe a couple a month at best, sometimes I'll go months without remembering any.

Yes. They can be so interesting to look back on and sometimes make for good stories. I used to keep a dictophone next to the bed because it's a quicker way to record dreams before you forget them, but I was too self-conscious with it to carry on using it!

It's daft, but I felt uncomfortable hearing my own voice on tape!

I've been meaning to keep one of those too, but i always forget. I have written a few in diaries that i have had when i was young, but i have no idea where those got to now. I wonder why that is that dreams dont stick with you unless you say them outloud or write them down..

I've been meaning to, because I've had some really nutty dreams lately and been meaning to record them in a journal. However, I've kept putting it off. For some reason, I remember vivid dreams, such as the one of my deceased dad handing me a packet whose wrapping was covered with smiley-faces. Another vivid dream was about my finding rolls of hundred and fifty-dollar bills all over the street and madly racing to pick them up. I rarely dream about my parents or money anyway, which is why those particular dreams will never be forgotten.

I had a dream book when I was ate. But sad to say that I don't have it now. Good for you that you have still kept it. Wish I have kept it too. I could still remember my drawings. Seems they are still fresh from my mind. lol. In every drawing that i make, there's always a caption at the bottom on why this is my part of my dream thing. I remember the title of that book is Me and my future.

You know, I thought about doing that once because I read in a book that if you do that sort of thing, then you're able to start to control your dreams. I remember one dream where I felt like I was dreaming, and I tried to tell my brain to plant a tree in front of me in the dream to see if i could control. Then all the people in the dream started runnning after, and I woke up. Haven't tried it since. :)

haha... did you offend them with your tree growing?:)
I've heard a few people mention they can do this... control their dreams however they want. I've also been told by one person that most the dreams they have run like a film... to the extent with the credits rolling up at the end!! Maybe he was an avid film fan :D
