How much times you go to fast food resturants in one month?

I don't go to fast food resturants because in most places they put sugar in every part of the meal and then when you eat one normal meal you have get 100% for your day.

I don't go very often. I usually go like once in like a couple of months. Fast Food is very bad for you.
