How fast do we wants things to happen

Earlier to get salary, u need to get the check by post.. Go to the bank stand in big queue deposit the check, after 2 days.. u get the money into your bank account.
Again you stand the in the queue to with draw the money..
Now it's just an e-check money is already in your account..
IN another 5 yrs how do we expect that to happen..
What ways will make it more efficient.. and more faster..

Yes, it does seem like we are less and less impatient and want instant gratification as technology delivers faster to us.

Not so sure why queue to deposit check? If so, bank should provide more check deposit boxes. This will reduce much time. 2 days to clear and have Auto-tella machine to withdraw money rather over at the counter. To make it efficient, summary:
1)More ATM
2)More check deposit boxes.
3)Bank to install check clearing machine
4)Money should be credited to a 'Cash Card' automatically once the money is available.
