My collage students will finish their life of undergraduates and go to the society. Now they are facing a problem of hunting a new job. Many of them are frustrated by different choices of job: good pay but not their likes, for example, not stable, having no developing space, not their profession...; low pay which makes them feel shamed of their working ability in comparison with his peers; going on postgraduate study but being afraid of losing more opportunities of good job...All in all, job is limited, but qualified graduates are become more and more, they are under a big pressure of finding jobs.

definitely, your students can't have high paying jobs if they are not degree holders. chances are they will end up in a blue collar job. convince your students to finish their college & advice them that they can't have jobs with high paying upon acceptance or admission. they have to work hard to show to their superiors that the company was right in hiring them. if they graduated, advice them to apply in an international company not in a low-income company.
