Why was Aden killed in CSI?

Among the cast of CSI New York, Aden was the girl that I really liked. She was more of another version of Michelle Rodriguez. Yet she looks more feminine. Just last Sunday I saw at AXN that she died in a certain episode. Why? We know that if a character gets cut off from a nice tv series it means something's up. That, that certain actor/actress did something to get the producers to cut her out. Except for the LOST tv series because we know that they really kill some of their characters right away. However we know that there were some controversies about some of the actors and actresses that had their characters die in the series. Anyway, I'd like to know what's the reason behind her being removed from CSI New York. Got any idea, please post here.
