The main ideas behind most diets is to lose weight .An idea instead may be to not gain the weight in the first place.To do this,you have to look at what you eat,when you eat,and how much you eat.Maybe there are emotional reasons for your eating(ie..comfort food).But the key would still be moderation.Eating larger portions is not the answer.Smaller portions and slowing down when eating are both very good ways to limit intake.You do have to make some major changes in your eating habits,but this will allow you to lose the excess weight slowly but safely and finding a weight you can maintane.Good success with your weight control and never give up.

The secret is really to just limit sugar and fat and make sure that most of your energy comes from protein.

Diet isnt the only thing that can help you lose weight as we all have different body metabolism when it comes to digesting food- why not live an active lifestyle, go out dancing! try playing play stations' dance revolution if you dont have one at home- then try playing it on the arcade- age wont matter when it comes to this since, Youre in it for the work out! if you dont prefer doing crazy stuff like that, then try enrolling in a belly or a ballroom dancing class, you can also ... work out- exercise at home or do walks everyday- but if your going to do walks-- better do it in a mall at least you'll be enjoying your time by malling =) hmm wat else, and yeah a glass of pineapple juice away- keeps the fat away! try it.. =)
