No doubt, this world'll have to end a day but i do n't think that it'll take only 30 years more to be end up. The bad deeds of people, explosions and many other works r symptoms of destroing world. This world will end up within 1 or twice of centuries. I think so.

I believe that it will. People have made a mess of things and it can't keep going the way that it is. I'm a Christian so I believe Jesus comes back just before we annihlate each other. But even then it says that there will be a new heaven and a new earth and the old ones will be destroyed.

no matter how or what will happen to us , the fact is we still have to die someday when we got old. so at the meantime just enjoy our life. life is so short n who knows abt tomorrow or even 30 years later? when our end came mean we have to go n we just need to go that's all.

I wonder if its true, I have become so skeptical over the last few years, the media tries all manners of shock value to reel ya in. I hope not that means my son will only be 44yrs old by that time, hardly a full life, I pray it wont happen

i think the end of the world is coming for someone every second of every day. One day, for sure this beautiful planet will rid itself of the disease of humanity and may well recover from the damage we do, but i have a feeling we are not done with torturing her yet
blessed be

I don't think that the world will end in 30 years. I will only be 73, my kids will range from 46 to 50 and my granddaughter will be 31. I think we are looking at alonger period than this. I think with all the unrest in the world right now people are looking to make predications of when the world is going to end.

I heard about that meteor on a NPR radio show over the weekend. According to the scientist, who has written a book on it, the meteor will pass very close to the earth the first time it comes by, as close as some of our communication sattilites, but is not expected to hit us. From that pass, scientists will be able to calculate if it will hit us 7 years later when it comes by the second time. The meteor is about the size of the Rose Bowl stadium, and is projected to land in the Pacific Ocean if it were to hit us (I have no idea how they know where it would land but not IF it will). The scientist was saying that we would know so far in advance, that even if our attempts to deflect the meteor (which they are already working on) failed, they could evacuate people from all the endangered coastlines long before it hit. It would be far worse if it hit on land because of all the debris it would put in the air, which could cause another mini ice-age.
Hopefully, we will work out some deflection plan before it becomes a real threat, assuming we haven't blown ourselves up before then...

Sorry, but I just can't spend my time worrying about something that might happen in 30 years that is completely out of my control. We've all got to go someday and that day could be tomorrow for all anybody knows. Besides, I firmly believe that we attract what we put our attention on, so I refuse to give my attention to such a thing.
