a promise has been made that you and your friend will be together in love in the future but each one of you has destined to someone else. the question remains, "does love defy fate just for a promise?"

I don't know about love and fate, but there was a local story omn teh news last night. A couple had dated in high school, then parted ways. They both married and were maried for many years before their respective spouses passed away. Now, they are 90 and 91, and they got married yesterday, after all these years. Sounds like they were meant to be together.
