Excitements in Life

I have been working for closed to 20 years and it is getting unmotivating working from 8:00am to 5:30pm everyday. I am now in my forty and looking for ways for excitement in life. What are the options availabe to find more meaningful and satisfaction in life and at the same time making a decent income? Any good suggest is welcome with appreciation. Thanks.
