Should marijuana be legalized?

The health risks and the Govt? Well, first of all Fuzzy, I don't think the govt. should be in the business of making personal decisions for anyone. The govt. has more important issues to contend with. I think it has more benefits than risks, if you ask me. So it should be made legal. It should not be made legal b/c as some say, it could lead to addiction. Should the people it could help suffer b/c of some knuckle heads want to abuse it? Of course, I don't have an addictive personality so it will never affect me. So, my compassion is with those that it could help....If someone were too develop an addiction trying to be cool, well that is their problem. Everyone else shouldn't suffer b/c of the ignorance of some.
