I guess you need browsers with tabbed browsing capabilities so that you can switch to another tab easily. Internet Explorer 7 has this already, Firefox also

You are absolutely correct. I too do so. I always keep window maximise. But I prefer only 3-4 sites at a time otherwise there is every chance of being confusion. Because our concentration is on one thing and we are thinking about another thing, this may confuse and our responses, replies whatever it may be, be diluted. My suggestion is to first finish a part of site then only jump over to other one and then another one. Is it right way ?

I work with multiple sites and am not using tabs - I don't like them.
I open multiple browser windows (I have firefox set up to open new windows by default), and I simply use alt-tab to switch between them.
This is the easiest method, since I remember what sites I used last, and so how many alt-tab keys I need to press to get there.
