When you feel depressed you should try to expand your imagination. This the first thing by which you can control over your depression. The next thing, if you do some meditation, you should sit on meditation keeping your eyes closed. And, you should try to capture the this with which you feel affinity. Third one, you should now on start to see the positive aspects of everything. This will make change in your life. Forth thing, you should try to concentrate on the local object with love.

If you are feeling depressed for no particular reason,you may want to get in contact with your doctor to see if there is anything physically/mentally/emotionally wrong with you.Depression is an illness that if not diagnosed properly,can lead to very serious results.We all have days of "the blah"s,but depression can go on for weeks or longer and will affect your life in all areas.Find someone to talk to;reach out for help!You are not alone.If you can recognize the problem,then recognize the need for help.

Have you spoken to your doctor? Depression is very common and can effect people of any age. You have already taken the first step and the hardest step which is admitting to yourself you are depressed and now you need to act on that and get the help you need to that frown back into a smile. I suffer from depression but talking about it and meds help me and it doesn't cure but it sure make me feel better.

When I feel depressed,I will go to outing,swiming or dancing.You should forget depression!

Being depressed is a natural bad feeling because were only human..When i feel depress, i come to my mother because she's the one i can talk to..Or to my closed friends, they can cheer me up..or if no one is with you, cry it out..or shout very loud, it could really help to ease the pain inside your heart..i hope can help you in this simple ways..goodluck..but dont hurt yourself, ok..

first of all seek medical help. Go to your dsoctor and tell them how you are feeling. They may refer you to a councillor but just talking to the doctor might help.
Find something that you enjoy doing and do it. Take up a new sport or activity. Meet up with a good friend you can confide in and tell them how you are feeling. Ask them if they can help you by being there to talk to. Let people know how you are feeling so they can help you.
