have u ever donated ur blood?

I am not allowed to donate blood, being on medication and having medcal issue they tend not to take blood from me other then the vampires at the medical labs who steal blood for testing purposes only.

I've dontate once (about 2 months ago) and plan to do it again. I'm not a needle guy but it was painless. Plus if you plan ahead you can usally find blood donation places that are giving something away. For example I gave bllod at where I work and we got a coupon for a free meal at the cafeteria.

I have done it twice. I felt blessed that God gave me such a simple and painless chance to save someone's life.
