how would you raise a 3 year old kid?

oh i have a kid, she is a cute baby girl and i love her, but sometimes i tend to be irritated by her because she has a "nonstop play attitude". she climbs up thestairs and even our furniture which im afraid she might fall. she doesn't walk but run evernow and then.
does anyone of you experienced hardship raising you kid, what did you do?

This is all completely normal for her age. As long as you are standing near by to catch her if she falls it will all be fine. You can try putting her in time out when she is not listening but 3 is a tough age to get kids to listen.
