What would the child you once were, think of the adult you have become?

I beleive I have done a pretty good job dealing with what life has thrown at me, but im not sure if I were to look up to me as a child I would be really pleased. I have defineatly made some bad mistakes, and at certain points in my life I wouldn't of been a very good role model to a child. At this point in time though, if I were a child again and looking at me from a childs point of view, I believe I would be looked up too, and would be respected as a good person.

I think on how I thought my life would be at this age and yes there are a few good things in it but it sure wasn't the life I thought I'd have when I was a child. When I was younger I figured I'd have a husband, children, a career, things like that. None of which I have. I was also told I'd be blind by the time I was thirty and thankfully I'm not that. So like I said some good things have come about that I hadn't thought of as a child and a great many things that weren't so good as well.

I also thought I would be married by this age, im 22 now, also expected atleast one child and a great career started already. Unfortuneatly things haven't worked out the way I had planned, but im in college now and should have my degree in less than a year. I got off track for a few years but im bouncing back and im committed to obtaining a great career and a stable family life. I appreciate all of your input emerald.
