People joke that in India we get electricity 5 times a day.
So what do you guys do when there is a scheduled power cut lasting all day?

when there s a power cut that lasts all day in my area,i go to my friends house in which his home is in another area,where there is no power cut at tat day..if there whole day power cut in his home,he'll come to my house...

me and my friend used to do combined study ..thus we use our time productively...this power cut is to save electricty..if we use electricity in a proper way,there is no need for that huge power cut..

i think u r also from india and u better know that what is the position of the power cut in india and about what i do during that time is i hang out to a cafe .

In the US I've neaver heard of a scheduled power cut. I have lived through the power being out for about 3 days. But that was when I lived with my parents who live out in the middle of now where. Now that I live in the city, the most we lost power was maybe a day.
Do people in Inda really only have power 5 times a day? Or is it just a joke?
