Pillows and sleep positions

for me, i prefer to sleep straight bcoz it is more comfortable to me. According to scientist research(from newspaper), the best way to sleep is sleep to ur right side, bcoz our heart is on our left side. Besides that, this sleep style also can reduce our sleep noise.

I have one pillow .. anymore than that and i snore terribly and always wake up with a stiff neck or shoulder .. The pillow I am using right now is very nice and supportive .. it's one of those memory foam pillows .. like the the Tempur brand ones but 10 times cheaper heheh !! It's got the 'S' shaped cut away so your head is cradled nicely and the memory foam 'soaks' up the weight of your head and makes you feel really comfy ..

I also need three pillows, I like my head fully cushioned, I have tried with one or two pillows but it just doesn't work for me, it's what you get used to and what is most comfortable for yourself. The only position that I can sleep with is on my side, if I sleep on my back I will snore and for some reason I just can't sleep. I also sleep alone, I do not like sharing my bed.

I have three pillows on my bed...but some prefer more, others prefer less. Three pillows work for me.

I have 3 pillows. I would love to have as many as possible, I sleep at the top of the double deck and its so small so I can't have more than 3 or 4.

well i always use one pillow ..however sleeping directions while you are asleep helps
