Should the Government provide aid for Specialized Schools?

I don't know how many of you out there are into the arts or are planning on attending a technical school, but I am just curious on everyone's thought on whether you think the government should help those of us who chose "a different road" for our careers. I am wanting desperately to attend a special effects college in Florida, but the only way is to take out a 20,000 dollar loan. There are no grants available and no aid from the government. I don't believe it is fair that so many of us out there are forced to put aside our dreams because we don't follow the norm. I have two friends now that were accepted to AMDA in New York City (that's the American Dramatic and Music Academy) that had to turn down this extremely special chance because they couldn't afford it. I just wish that the government would make some provision for the students out there that have other talents. That way they could have their dreams too.
