What are the hardest words to say to someone?

I keep on receiving emails about the most hardest words to say to someone. I notice three of the most common are: 1. I am sorry, 2. I love you, 3. Thank you. These words are common to hear but is hardly true when said.
How about you? What words do you think is hard to say to some one?

i think to tell someone who loves you but whom you do not love "i do not love you" is very hard. it really breaks their heart.

For me the most hardest words will be
to praise someone when he/she is not worth it

The hardest words for me would be 'Goodbye"
It always brings tears in my eyes. Like a song
goes:
Goodbye's the saddest word I'll ever hear,
goddbye's the last time I would hold you near,
one day you'll say that word and I would cry,
it'll break my heart just to say goodbye...

i am sorry , is the hardest thing for me to tell , as we are not going to telll i love you daily to some one . you cant say that i feel sorry for this and sorry for that . thats very much difficult for me .
