What's Your Dream Cosplay?

Cosplaying is dressing up and acting as your favorite character - be it in anime, manga, or movie. Given the chance, with unlimited resources, who/what will you cosplay as and why? My dream cosplay is Sango from Inu Yasha and Moonlight Flower from Ragnarok Online. What's yours?

Oh, I like to act as the "little mermaid" but unfortunately I can't swim. I also sometimes act like the Phantom. Sometimes I act and dress up like a Miss Universe, is that also considered cosplaying?

XD The mere act of putting on a costume - and strutting out in character - is a cosplay already. So yeah, acting and dressing up like a Miss Universe can somewhat be classified as that. Even dressing up as guys from History Class - like Ben Franklin - is already cosplaying.
