here my friend is a great recipe from Italy, we call it "frittata" and in french it is calle domelette. well let's start! You need 2 or 3 eggs per person, cheese, ham, salt, pepper, butter, onions break the eggs in a bowl, join salt and pepper and the onion broken in little pieces (you can also leave it in rings, that's the same) then put in ham and grated cheese (like parmigiano) and meld. Put a saucepan on fire, put a little bit ( a spoon) of butter and put the eggs with all the rest. Let cook at least 5 minuts each side, then you can eat in simply or put a slice in a bread and create a wonderful sandwich! do you like this recipe??? and idea for improuving it?

That sounds wonderful, but here in American we call that an omlette ;D I put in slices of green and red pepper and I also put in a bit of tabasco sauce if I am feeling like I want it spicy. Lots of cheese too!
