The perfect job is one that you enjoy doing, when you have found the perfect job, you will forward to it and feel motivated. Sometimes to have the perfect job you may need to compromise, for example you could have a job that you don't enjoy but it pays well, or a job where the pay is not as good but you are happier to do that job. For me I would always choose a job I enjoy for less pay, then one I don't for more pay.
If I was in your position, I would search out alternative employment but remain in the current job until another is lined up.
Good luck, I hope you find a job you are completely satisfied and happy with :o)

Any job you have you will encounter stress and deal with difficult people. If you are stressed out at your job, learn some relaxing techniques. For example, walking, yoga, aromatherapy, reiki, etc. If you have negative co-workers/clients and you don't know how to deal with them, check out some websites on how to deal with toxic people.
If you find your job boring, your job is to keep searching for more jobs that give you some brain work.

in my mind a perfect job is one that i dont mind waking up and going to every morning, i actually even like it.At my perfect job id be happy, id be proud of my job,it wouldnt be very stressful, and id be making good money. If your not happy with your current job but you cant quit, just try to stick it out as long as you can because you will find something better soon.

Perfect job.. means the work that you love doing ... and at the same time.. the pay that you love having ...
You will have to look at it in a positive manner... i am sure you must have seen much worst times then this... Job is to do...life is to live... dont mix them up... just do your job and live your life... dont take your job outside your office premises... just live to the fullest and try to get out of the office thought as soon as you get out of the office... in the meantime try to learn some extra things at the current office so that your experience can get you some good job at other place
best of luck dude@!@

Hmm... this is a big question. A perfect job is one that makes you feel fulfilled doing it. It commands your passion for it.
It is not always good to quit a job you dislike without having something to fall back to. While planning your exit from any bad job, try to start a business or find a more lucrative job. Cheers.
