Who man is broken 100m. race world record. Any American, Europion, African or Asian. I think new man is Asian man break world record.

It may be very hard for an asian to win in 100m race. You can see most sprinters in the world are Afican people or Afica american, their muscles are so well developed and powerful. These two factors are essential for 100 m race, it seems that the muscles of Asians may not be good enough to win in 100m.
