Hai, I am from India. I opened a paypal account recently for joining mylot community. For opening paypal account, i used my debit/ ATM card of Canara Bank (Nationalized bank) since I don't have credit card. I have put the last 4 digits of my ATM card and my account is activated from my email account. I want to know whether this is Okay. Will I be charged for opening the account? How will mylot pay to me once I attain the payment limits? I heard that USD 150 is the minimum payment made by the paypal to its members in India and also we should pay some processing fee/commission to them. Should I not draw the money until it is USD 150.00 in my mylot/paypal account. Please clarify me on this.

I don't know if PayPal has differnt rules in India but if you opende a personal account there are no charge (it is differnt if you opende a business account). In Europe the minimum to receive money directly from Paypal to the Bank account is 100 Euro and that is, more or less, 150 USD so to draw your money from PayuPal to your bank you have to wait for the minimum. In Europe if you draw less than 100 Euro you have to pay fee for sure but I can't remember how it is
