I am presently working as an staff to an internet cafe..but I wannna quit to this because of many reasons..one is, I dont have a rest day, then I am working in a 12 hour shift but still I have low salary...what should I do??..I am planning to resign and apply for a more convenient job..but I am ashamed and afraid because I have too many responsibilities on my present job..pleases help me. . .

I dont see anything bad in quitting job. If you work 12 hours per day and you cannot rest you should take care of yourself. I was working also in an internet club and it was the same. I quitted without even thinking like you. I dont like to be used and someone to earn money on my back. I told them I quit, I told them my reasons and good bye. Thats it. If they not pay you well for the job you do take care of your life. Quit if thats your decision!

..ahhh really...??you have also worked in an internet club??..you know, i really find it so hard in this...
sometimes i just take my meal for granted just to finish some works and of course entertaining the customers....
ypu know what, i have lost a lot of weight because of that...i cant take this anymore....one of this days, i'll quit..

Yes, I worked and its not nice cause in internet clubs you always should work 10 or 12 hours. And yes I lost 5 kgs and thats too much cause I sport a lot and I was participating in some amateur athletic races and now I should get my form back.d

ahh..that's so much huh...well, how long did you worked in there?...did you enjoy working in it???...you know, that is also one of the reasons why i should get over with this.. you know, it is really a tough decision for me..
I was thinking so hard with this...I guess this right...

I would say get your new job first, then if you can give them some notice like a week and if you can't so what. If they cared about their employees they wouldn't treat them like that.

If you are not happy with your present job, i suggest you find another job. It is best to have a fulfilling job that you are looking forward everyday. You have to satisfy yourself first before satisfying others. It is just like loving yourself before loving others.
