Why communication values?

In daily work, we always found us irritated by some reason. Then begin to wonder why the involved parties always do this "unfair" things to us?
Why they could not understand us clearly enough?It's found that in most cases the problem is result in mis-match of the information in mind of the two sides. In other words, we are lack of enough communication.
I think most important things to build up a comfort and efficient partnership is to build mutual trust on eachother. Trust your supervisor, trust your sub reports. If they can't meet the standard we all agreed, then help them to get there.
When we share common goals, trust each other,help each other to improve, then nothing would be impossible, Isn't it?

Yes, the communication is very important for us.
For direct method, we can raise query or give feedback to your parties as soon as unclear detected. Any unclear, we should get it confirmed instead try to guess it by yourself.
As to the long-term method, only trust. Learn about each other in various ways - work style, concerns, environment, and etc. In one word, try to understand others while show others what you are, and get agreed each other - it's trust.

yes u r right, most of the times its a mismatch with the thoughts, and we rarely mean to purposely hurt somebody....tht too if we are on non talking terms....then too i would never do such thing bt somebody may.....
it is said tht people are good than bad......and i believe it strongly.
