To be professional!

We always heard someone was admired like this - "he is a pro!" But what's professional? Different people have different thinking. Attitude toward work, work capability, work style... It's difficult to define it clearly, but we can feel it.
How to get professional? There is no existed answer for different people, but we can see whether one is professinal or not from the details waht s/he did. So the simple guideline to be professional is - Pay more attention to details.

yes,to be professional is very important in our study and work.
one way to change the situation is for those of you who believe that professional ethics are important and are worth discussing is to demonstrate thae belief by contributing and showing up at the talks and courses. Encourage colleagues to do the same. Perhaps most important,tell others that what you've learned about professional ethics is useful.
