Yes ,Today's time it is essential for Cricket Board
should pay money to Crecketrs according their performance.
Because player after selection and one time permance they does't play good and they does't keep properly constration.
If Board will pay on performace than player will be play full constration and properly.

i think its the best way to improve the performance of the cricketers and also its right thing to implement. payacoording to the performance. One man performing very well but ot payed accordingly is dishonesty with that player. this thing will increase compitition in the players as well, because you know every one want to increase hiis pay so keep it up bcci and also suggest other cricket teams as well to implement this phenemonian as well.

I fully agree with this.
According to new rule every persone have to play according to there level.
If any player wants to make a position in the team he has to play well otherwise he sit back in pavallion.
This new rules surely change the nature of our player and make their performance better.

Yes,fully agree.
Whenever performance is gone poor pay scale is simillarly go down.
By this way performance is really improved. So i think that this new rules introduced by BCCI is very thoughtful and really work in a right way as you see in previous matches.
Each and every person have to mark a position in a team, so they must perform well otherwise they will sit back in pavallion.
