Is all parrots are capable of learning some words????

They are not capable of learning the words. They just imitate the sound they hear.

I think they are just good learners that whatever sound they hear, they can be able to imitate it especially of course if they undergo a proper training. Just like other animals, if they are well-trained, they are able to learn what is being taught. ANd when it comes to parrots, being able to imitate the words of human beings is what makes them so unique.
