this is the best not only because of the graphics but.. the story line is so great and it has some unexpected twist and turns

I really enjoyed this movie for the very reason that I think they did justice to the entire LOTR story. So far, this is the best movie - book adaptation that I've seen. I would like to re-watch this movie over and over....

Hey me too! I simply love this movie. One of the best book to screen adaptation I've seen. Peter Jackson, like you said, did justice to the storyline. It's simple awesome.
The storyline is great and I couldn't say more about the special effects. The trilogy uses one of the most advanced method of creating battle scenes. They actually used algorithm to create individual units that move and fight according to the preset data, so that you actually see a horde of the tiny soldiers fighting in different poses and stances. Ain't it awesome? (Of course, most people don't realise this)
Two thumbs up for LOTR!
p.s. I watched The Return of The King for 6 times. =P

this movie is the best i've ever seen in my whole life....i love the story. the characters esp. the site and it's visual effects....this is a very big movie project that a director would hardly did this....LOTR is an all time favorite movie

LOTR movie is really great although it's just an adapted screenplay, Peter Jackson really did justice on the story itself. I've seen the extended dvd version of the trilogy and I've got to tell you the additional scnes are awesome as well! The actors also did a good job portraying the characters and the battle scenes...well what can I say?? AIt was really great. It is the best screenplay adaptation so far! but for original screenplay, I guess the best adventure movie I've seen so far would be the "Pirates of the Caribbean"

Not sure it's the best movie I've ever watched but it is one I do enjoy. The actors in it were very well cast for the parts they were to play. Whoever decided on that part did a great job at deciding who should be in the movie. The effects were superb and it was fun to just watch it. Yes they did a great job at making it. I just like way too many movies to say this was the best I've seen.

It's a wonderful movie. It is actually one of the few movies made from a favorite book that I enjoyed. They did a great job in following the actual story line. I think they did a great job in casting the roles in the movie as well. My boyfriend is a major fan and we've watched the entire trilogy countless times since he got the DVDs last summer. Every time we watch it, I pick up on something else that I just really love about it.

Lord of the rings is so awesome. It has great graphic, awesome battles, and it keeps you constantly on the edge of your seat.
