ONLINE and REGULAR degree: Which one should I choose.

It depends mostly on your level of self-discipline and your other commitments. I would think online has great advantages to regular otherwise. Because you can keep doing whatever you do e.g. work without having to rearrange your schedule around classes. However, if you just finished high school and are entering University as a teenager, maybe regular will be the best way to go as you will be more likely to make friends who will stick with you in the future. It really depends on what's important.
