Once the freckles are there, nothing short of a laser procedure is going to get rid of them. Moisturizer will not make them disappear. However, you can prevent new ones from showing up by wearing sunscreen every day, even cloudy days, underneath your foundation and by staying out of the sun. Moisturizing is certainly important to minimize fine lines and wrinkles. If you only have a few freckles, I wouldn't be too concerned. Unless you have very fair skin they're unlikely to really be noticeable anyway.

laser can help you. I'm sorry if you misunderstood. A dermatologist can probably help you more with this than we can. Unless spots on the skin are cancerous, I don't usually worry too much about them. Freckles just aren't a big deal.

If you wear foundation make sure you buy a brand that includes SPF; wear sunscreen daily -- even if the sun isn't out; basically stay out of the son. Or just go with the flow and embrace your new looks!
