I need to give a good friend an apology for being disrespectful and ask for forgivness. I need my words translated so she will understand me. Just a short note or a couple of sentences or what do the chinese do to ask for forgivness because someone has disrespected them and wants to apologize.

i would like to apologize in the speech and feelings of traditional chinese. In a way that her language not only tells her how sorry i am. But lets her really feel how sorry i am.
