Chili Meatloaf and Potatoe Bake
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. ground turkey (or ground beef)
3/4 cup salsa fresca
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 egg, beaten
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® Cheddar or Original French Fried Onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. ground black pepper
2 cups prepared hot IDAHOAN®Mashed Potatoes
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Directions:
HEAT oven to 375ºF. Mix turkey, salsa, chili powder, egg, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, salt and pepper until blended. Press turkey mixture into a 9-inch square baking dish.
BAKE 25 minutes until done and juices run clear. Drain off fat.
COMBINE potatoes with 1 cup cheese. Spread evenly over meatloaf. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes until cheese melts and onions are golden.
TIP: French’s® Cheddar French Fried Onions add an exciting cheesy crunch to ground turkey (beef).

This is my favorite meatloaf recipe. I use 1 box of stuffing mix, 2 eggs, 1 cup of water and 1&1/2 lbs burger. Mix, shape into a loaf and cover with catsup. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until done. It is super yummy! I hope you like it.

Meatloaf Supreme
INGREDIENTS
* 2 pounds lean ground beef
* 4 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
* 15 ounces dry bread crumbs
* 4 eggs
* 3 tablespoons garlic salt
* 3 tablespoons seasoning salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, tomato paste, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic salt and seasoning salt until well mixed. Shape into a loaf and place in a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven 1 hour, until no longer pink.
