Many Paid to Read emails/Paid to Click Sites are fake?

Hi all! (PTR program are paying for their members who read advertisement in emails or banners or any other ways) I signed up for a few PTR/PTC sites but after surfing on the net i noticed many people says: more then half of these sites are a fake, non-paying programs! So Who worked or still work for PTR/PTC sites plz share your informations about wich are non-paying (cheater) and wich sites are paying! And also i want to know wich sites are the best paying sites. I found a few forums wich gather informations about these sites and give us tips about wich are fake and wich are paying, but i also noticed that some tips in a forum contradict with another tips on an other forum! So i dont know really who has the "trust". So if u have any experience plz share with me! Thx
