How do stupid people land their jobs??

I work in the Accounts Receivable department for a steel company and I deal with customers on a daily basis. I am constantly trying to track down payments on invoices that went unpaid. Dealing will all these people drives me nuts because they are like little kids. I have to fax the same information 3 or 4 times a week to them because they "misplaced" it. I constantly have to call them or they'll forget about the problem. Its ridiculous! I don't understand how some of these people can have jobs. PLEASE tell me I'm not the only one who deals with morons for a living!!!
