They have just invented a front door lock that works with your finger print instead of keys. At first I thought it was the greatest thing in the world no more keys. Then after thinking about. I was like wait a minute if somebody hurts you at your front door they could easily get in. I know they could easily get in with your key also but I am torn about it. So i would like to hear others opinions on it.

I think it is a good idea as it may reduce the number of burglaries, but if someone wants to break into your house they will do it anyway with or without a key. also if someone hurts you at the door you will probally have to be consious as lifting an unconsious body is harder so you will be able to see the person doing it, with a key they can knock you out and take your key.

I dont think i is a that good an idea. That is true. What if someone hurts you at the front door. Everyone dosent have the same fingerprint and there might be many members living in the same household. It would be better if the finger print of only one finger is taken to open the door and trying more than 3 times will fail the lock completely. I still dont think it is a good invention. Numbersystem is a beter method.

I think its not that bad idea to have the finger prints, its far better an invention than some of the earlier ones.... i meant with the inventions which are causing this Globalwarming of all sorts
