cold sweat

Anybody out there that have this problem? A couple of hours into my sleep I wake up with a head that looks like it has been under the faucet to wash my hair. Wonder if others experience this and what to do about it?

I would make an appointment with your doctor. I have found there are a number of illnesses that can cause this. If it is hot in your home that is one thing but if it isn't and this is happening, you really need to have it checked. Best of luck!

On and off I have mentioned it to a doctor when having a checkup, but peculiar enough they have always answered that it is nothing to worry about. You understand now why I started this discussion, as somehow it does not sound normal.

are you sick.maybe your body have an infection somewere an you dont know it.this will cause cold sweats.an do you worry alot sometime your body will react when your stress level is high.if this keeps happening you need to get it check out.

I have this already some 25 years, but at times it gets annoying waking up with my head on a wet pillow. I then turn it around, or sometimes put a little towel over it, so I can wash it easily the next morning and not to have to do the whole set.
