Is office 2000 and vista compatible?

Office 2000 is not suppose to be compatible with Vista. Office 2003 is suppose to be (if you have a legal copy of course). I wouldn't take the chance. I would upgrade to the newest Office program.

Office 2007 is supposed to have been developed as a partner program to Windows Vista, but I would expect the operating system to support any earlier version of Microsoft Office.

Go to Microsoft web site and download the Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor....it will scan your computer and every program you have installed, it will tell you what will work with vista and what won't work.
