My daughter's friends Mother!!

My daughter hangs out with a girl from school. Her mom and I have chatted a couple of times. when she was 14 she got pregnant and then married the dad at 16, she went on to have two other children a daughter being the youngest. I don't judge, or try not to. My daughter's friend (who I will call Sam) has a new boyfriend, and the mom has let him spend nights at her house and has aloud them to share her bedroom. She lets Sam drink and smoke, and has even purchased both for her on occasion. When my daughter wanted to spend the weekend there I was nervous about it. I talked to the mother who promised me that nothing wrong would take place. I don't want to pick or choose my daughters friends, but because this place and her friends mom is so cool she wants to hang out there all the time. Should I say no? Should I hope that at 16 I have equipped her with everything she needs to know to keep herself safe? Did I put my mother through this much worry?...lol
