i never find a answare at this question! why Pluto and Goffy are so different?
both are dog but they are so different

ok well aren't all real dogs different looking, there are many different breeds of dogs in this world and that's just what is going on with those two characters. they are abviously two different breeds.

one is meant to be a pet
the other is meant to be
a character so they had
to make him human like
so he can be related to

Nope Goofy is not a dog. It looks like dog.
Even Walt Disney himself can't explain what kind of creature Goofy is.
