Should we destroy the terrorist camps in Pakistan by a covert operation?

the chance was lost during kargil op.. now i think we should be clear what to do when we get next chance .. and going by the reputation of the pakis am sure we shall get one soon.. full fledged war will unnecessarily affect the economy and since the next pay comission is due sooner.. that is not a viable option

If we wish we can't do that because of the international pressure. We have so bounded by reach country. But you see Israel they never worried about other,they directly attack to palestine if any problem like this. So we have also thought this situation.
