Does anyone have any good ideas where I could promote a website?

I was wondering if any of you would kmow of any good instant site submittion places on the net, where I could submit my site. I am not really wanting any search engine submittion sites 'cause they take too long to get up & running.

try a a banner exchange with other websites this helps promote u and helps u promote them not great for people who dont want adds but will increase your trafic a lot
